Limp Collar?

Boomers are trying to look hip w/the no tie look….

Everywhere you look you see businessmen liberated from wearing neckties. However, most men are not properly executing this look. When deciding to wear a shirt sans tie, you need make sure your shirt has enough structure in it to hold it up straight. This structural support, prevents your collar from collapsing or sagging, a common issue dubbed "placketitis."

The OK Boomer look!

EB has found a convenient and effective option for men struggling with collar dysfunction. We craft all of our custom dress-shirts with a million-dollar placket. This special reinforcement done during the construction of your shirt, ensures your collar is always erect and looking sharp unlike Scooter. This reinforcement ensures the placket remains crisp and upright, creating a clean, symmetrical, and professional look that frames the face effectively, even when the top buttons are undone-should you wish to show some chest.

The blue pill cannot help with this……

The other consideration for this no-tie look is how many inches down from your collar is your first front button placement. This often-overlooked placement will determine how much of your chest will show. Off-the-rack shirts tend to have the first button placement at approximately 2.5”. For workwear dress shirts, you may want to consider have this reduced to 2”, a more conservative look for the office.
